Commitment of Langfang Ronghao Paper Products Co., Ltd. to Schneider Electric's "Zero Carbon Plan"
Dear Schneider Electric Company:
Langfang Ronghao Paper Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") hereby solemnly promises to actively respond to the call of Schneider Electric's "Zero Carbon Plan" and fully support and cooperate with the plan to achieve our common sustainable development goals.
1. commitment content
- green supply chain management: The Company will actively adopt a green procurement strategy, giving priority to the selection of raw materials and products that meet environmental standards to reduce the carbon intensity of the supply chain.
- Green Production and Energy Saving and Emission Reduction: The company will continue to optimize the production process, introduce advanced energy-saving and emission reduction technologies, and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in the production process.
- Waste Management and Recycling: The company will strengthen the management and classification of waste, improve the recycling rate of waste, and reduce waste pollution to the environment.
- energy structure optimizationThe company will actively explore and adopt clean energy, such as solar energy and wind energy, to optimize the energy structure and reduce the consumption of fossil energy.
- Carbon Footprint Assessment and Emission Reduction Targets: The company will regularly assess its carbon footprint and set clear emission reduction targets to keep pace with Schneider Electric's "Zero Carbon Plan.
2. commitment period
This letter of commitment shall take effect from the date of signing and shall continue to be effective until the goal of Schneider Electric's "Zero Carbon Plan" is reached or the two parties decide to terminate it through negotiation.
3. commitment to implementation
- Organizational StructureThe company will set up a special "zero carbon plan" implementation team, responsible for the implementation and supervision of the commitment.
- Training and AdvocacyThe company will strengthen the environmental awareness and training of employees, popularize the concept and goal of "zero carbon plan", and ensure the participation of all employees.
- cooperation and exchange: The company will actively carry out exchanges and cooperation with Schneider Electric and other partners to jointly promote the implementation of the "Zero Carbon Plan.
- Periodic reportsThe company will regularly submit the implementation report of the "Zero Carbon Plan" to Schneider Electric to share experience and exchange results.
4. liability for breach of contract
If the Company fails to fulfill its obligations under this undertaking, it is willing to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract and accept the supervision and punishment of Schneider Electric or other relevant parties.
