Pulp tray (Molded pulp tray), also known as pulp molding, is an environmentally friendly packaging material, its characteristics are as follows:
1. Raw materials and manufacturing
- Raw materialPulp holder is mainly made of carton scrap (Kraft Pulp), newsprint (Newspaper) and white pure wood pulp (Virgin Pulp) as raw materials. These raw materials are pulped and formulated into a slurry of a certain proportional concentration.
- Manufacturing Process: The slurry is on a customized CNC mold (CNC tooling) according to the product design, vacuum adsorption molding (Forming process), and then dried to form different types and uses of paper products.
2. Classification
Pulp trays are mainly divided into four categories:
- Industrial paper holder: Mainly used in large and small household appliances, mechanical accessories, electronic products, lighting lining packaging.
- Agricultural paper holderMainly used in fruit, eggs, agricultural nutrition bowl packaging.
